Added Rules for Spyware-put, Web-client and SQL Additions

The Sourcefire VRT has added multiple rules in the spyware-put, web-client and sql categories to provide coverage for emerging spyware, ActiveX control and SQL injection threats.

As a result of ongoing research, the Sourcefire VRT has added multiple rules to the spyware-put, web-client and sql rule sets to provide coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
