Onsite Services Policy

Product services are sold on a fixed-price basis and services are deemed accepted upon performance. Travel and expenses associated with on-site activity are additional and will be billed as incurred. Cancellation or scheduling of any services within 15 business days prior to the effective start date, as mutually agreed to in writing by the parties, may incur a penalty of up to 25% of the list price of the services purchased. Product services purchased must be used within a one year period from date of acquisition or will result in forfeiture of services and are nonrefundable.
